Gilbert founded Solartronics USA in 2015 under Fibertronics Inc. with a vision to make solar energy accessible to every home and business. With over 15 years in the renewable energy sector and a background in electrical engineering, he oversees all strategic operations across the US and Philippines offices.
Glenn Bernal
Co-Founder & Business Development
Glenn is a technology-driven entrepreneur with a lifelong commitment to innovation, resilience, and continuous learning. With 18 years of healthcare experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and owner of a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, he brings operational discipline and a service-first mindset to Solartronics. His technical foundation in programming and systems thinking, combined with real-world business ownership, drives the company's mission to deliver affordable, reliable clean energy solutions.

Bernard is a driven entrepreneur, healthcare professional, and visionary leader. As Co-Founder and Business Development Partner at Solartronics, he plays a key role in expanding innovative energy solutions, building strategic partnerships, and driving market growth in the renewable energy sector. He also serves as CEO and President of Biomerge Field Solutions Inc. and Arete Healthcare Management & Marketing Services Inc.
