Glenn Bernal

My journey began in the Philippines, where I worked as a working-student computer database programmer for a mining company while attending college. Coming from financial hardship, I supported myself by repairing computers, developing not only technical skills but also a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset at an early age.

I come from a family where perseverance and mutual support defined our path. My two sisters and I were all working students, helping each other succeed despite financial challenges. I made a conscious decision to sacrifice my own timeline so my sisters could finish their education first. Today, one of my younger sisters is a Certified Public Accountant, and the other is a lawyer who now serves as a Municipal District Judge. This experience shaped my belief in lifting others first and building success together.

Although I did not complete my computer science degree, my passion for technology never stopped. I later migrated to California, where I pursued a career in healthcare and became a Licensed Vocational Nurse. For the past 18 years, I have served in the medical field — building discipline, responsibility, and a deep understanding of serving people and improving lives.

In addition to my healthcare career, I am also the owner of a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE), where I apply both my clinical background and business management skills to provide quality care and support to residents. This experience has strengthened my leadership, operational, and service-oriented mindset.

Despite my success in healthcare, my passion for technology and innovation has remained constant. I have continuously explored new ideas, systems, and opportunities that can create meaningful impact — not just for myself, but for society.
