Contact us and we'll diagnose the issue remotely via your monitoring system. If it's a panel defect, we'll file a manufacturer warranty claim and replace the panel at no cost to you. If it's a wiring or connection issue covered by our workmanship guarantee, we'll send a technician to repair it free of charge.
Yes. All manufacturer warranties (panels, inverters, batteries) are transferable to the new property owner. Our workmanship guarantee also transfers. We'll update the records at no charge — just notify us of the ownership change.
In the Philippines, we recommend cleaning every 3–6 months due to tropical dust, humidity, and occasional ash or pollen buildup. Our maintenance plans include scheduled cleanings, but you can also rinse panels with a garden hose in between visits. Avoid high-pressure washers and abrasive materials.
Warranties do not cover damage from unauthorized modifications, extreme events beyond rated specifications (e.g., direct lightning strikes, severe typhoons above rated wind load), pest damage (e.g., rodent chewing on wires), or cosmetic issues that don't affect performance. Our team will help you assess coverage for any situation.
Most manufacturers allow extended warranty purchases within the first year of installation. We can facilitate extended coverage up to 20 years for string inverters and up to 25 years for microinverters. Contact us for a quote based on your specific inverter model.
Plans are offered on an annual subscription basis with no long-term lock-in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at the end of any annual period. We also offer one-time service visits if you prefer not to commit to a plan.
